RRWA along
with the City of Santa Rosa, and County of Sonoma contributed to the
development of the Standard Urban Stormwater Mitigation Plan (SUSMP)

Storm
Water and Watershed Awareness Baseline Survey
This survey
was developed by RRWA to document baseline community awareness and opinions
on issues related to stormwater and stormwater pollution within the
Russian River Watershed. It is anticipated that a subsequent survey
will be conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of Stormwater Outreach
BMPs implemented by RRWA member agencies. The Storm Water and Watershed

RRWA began publishing a monthly environmental column in local area newspapers in May 2006. The circulation of the RRWA environmental column currently includes the Ukiah Daily Journal, Sonoma West Times, Healdsburg Tribune, Windsor Times, West County Gazette, Russian River Times, and Community Voice.
